Francisco Jerez is a professional cooker with many years of working experience in Michelin- starred restaurants like Goizeko-Kabi, Europa, Atrio or Solar de Miracruz among others. He has been the main cooking professor at the Hotel- School “Las Carolinas for many years.

As an entrepreneur, he has created the kitchen-factory & cooking school "Chefsworking" in Santander.  But this is more than just a cooking school, this is in fact, "a sophisticated place for cooking lovers."
