1-Playa de los Peligros (the beach of Dangers)
This is the closest beach to the city center. Despite its name (Beach of dangers!), it is a lovely quiet sandy beach. Its watters are very calm (as it is inside Santander’s bay) and accesible (even for disabled).
It is a pretty large beach and due to its characteristics, it is a very popular beach for families with kids.
ACCESS: direct Access behind the Maritim Museum and also there are some down stairs to the beach form Reina Victoria avenue.
